Developed in close collaboration with the client, the site highlights their desire to avoid straight lines, but rather, to embrace undulating, flowing curves.

Seamlessly aligned with contemporary architectural renovations led by Sumich Chaplin Architects, this concept is supported by the client’s preference for layering sculptural plants for immediate impact and presence, responding to the exposed nature of the site and keeping it intentionally low to preserve the beach views from within.

The property is also designed to be used and enjoyed. Spaces were defined to help navigate from elegant terraces to intimate outdoor rooms, balancing functionality with a feeling of coastal sophistication.

A refined Palm Springs–inspired aesthetic informs materials and planting, while privacy is achieved through layered greenery. This was key in order to maintain uninterrupted views of the sea.

What has been achieved is a seamless navigation from arrival to rooftop.
